None of the blends she curated came from Kentucky. This is the Brooklyn entry, guest-blended by Eaves from barrels she picked herself.

The whiskey underneath is entirely Kings County's. They mash 80% organic New York corn from Lakeview Organic in the Finger Lakes with 20% English Golden Promise malted barley, a Scotch-leaning recipe that skips the rye or wheat most Kentucky bourbons use, then double pot distill it at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Four years in new charred oak, bottled at barrel strength with no water added.

< style="margin: 0;">

126.8 Proof

Please note: Spirits are only available for local delivery or in-store pickup. All orders for shipping will be cancelled immediately.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0652/3699/2170/files/kings-county-distillery-eaves-blind-barrel-strength-bourbon-750ml_1.jpg?v=1791819189
